The opaque globes on the Lagertha have this lovely, milky, glossy finish instead of a dusty matte one--it looks so much better than anticipated. I was a total novice and needed help (we ended up using longer screws to bolt the canopy to the electrical box) but it was worth it. Use the provided gloves to avoid fingerprinting the the raw brass.
