I was a little hesitant to purchase these lights due to the price but after receiving them and installing them I am very happy I made the purchase. The quality and craftsmanship met my expectations. What impressed me the most was how fast the seller was to respond to any questions I had about the item. Since I have low ceilings I contacted the seller asking about the down tube distance from ceiling. I wanted to know what distance I needed to make sure my head would not hit if I walking under them and also make sure the light globe wouldn't touch the ceiling. The seller responded back to my question in less than 5 minutes and assisted me on what distance I would need to achieve a satisfying look. Overall, I would definitely purchase from this seller again and recommend anyone else to do so that was interested.
